Du chocolat bio! Au Togo

Choco Togo est une jeune entreprise togolaise qui transforme le cacao en chocolaterie.

L’entreprise a été fondée par un groupe de jeunes togolais emmenés par Natalie Kpante, 28 ans et diplomé en sociologie. L’aventure débute en Italie, par une formation sur l’entrepreneuriat agricole autour du projet “FYSIC” « Fair Young Sustainable Inclusive and Cooperative ». C’est donc au retour de cette formation qu’est venu à Natalie et ses compagnons l’idée de monter une unité de transformation du cacao bio au Togo, ayant reçu la technique lors du stage de formation.

L’équipe travail en partenariat avec une coopérative de producteurs locaux qui fournissent du cacao certifié bio, ” réellement de qualité supérieure ” nous assure Natalie.

Choco Togo compte plusieurs distinctions :

  • Invite d’honneur du salon du chocolat de Bruxelles en février 2016
  • 2e prix d’innovation au salon international de l’agroalimentaire de Lomé 2015
  • 1er prix d’innovation des jeunes entrepreneurs agroalimentaire de Terra Madre 171en Italie 2015
  • 1er prix du meilleur projet entrepreneurial au forum des jeunes entrepreneurs du Togo 2015
