How to register your production on www.farmer.cm?

The world goes digital, things are becoming faster. In this race for speed, the computer tool is the engine that gives all its power to this inevitable evolution. The difference between tomorrow’s winners and losers are determined by the mastery of information processing tools.

The platform www.farmer.cm has been developed to provide small and medium Cameroonian farmers with the digital power they need for rapid growth. In this tutorial, we will show you in simple steps how to record your current or future production.

1 | Create your account by going to www.farmer.cm

To access the platform www.farmer.cm, you need to have a Jangolo account. So, if you already have an account on one of our platforms (www.jangolo.cm, www.farmer.cm or www.agro.cm) it is no longer necessary for you to create an account. You can simply log in and go to the second step.

If you do not yet have a Jangolo account, go to the following link: http://farmer.cm/register and complete the registration form and confirm.

Once the form is completed and submitted, you will receive a message in your inbox with a link to confirm your account. This step is important for the security of our users.

2 | Give a name to your company

Once your account is confirmed, log in using the login link in the menu at the top right. While logging in, you are directed to your dashboard as shown in the picture below. Click on the link Create your company to access the registration form for information about your company.

The form has four fields. Name for the name of your farm or business. Give a brief description of your farm or business, keeping in mind that it is this description that people wanting to do business with you will see first. So take the time to give a description that sells and presents your business.

3 | Register your production

Once, your company’s information saved. Go to the production menu at the top of the page and choose the type of production you want to record. For example, if you produce tomato, you will choose Crop Production. On the other hand, if you produce chickens for example, you will instead choose livestock production.

Once the current production list page is displayed, click the + Add button to display the registration form for your production.

The production registration form presents four fields:

Product: select the product in production or the product you wish to produce.
-Start: choose the start date of your production
-Number of days: enter the duration of your production
-Surface: Determine the area you are working on for this production.
