Une usine de production de vin d’avocat en gestation au Cameroun

L’entreprise Melu’u Piya, basée au Cameroun, a récemment dévoilé son nouveau produit : le vin d’avocat.

Ce vin unique est élaboré à partir d’avocats locaux soigneusement sélectionnés pour leur qualité et leur maturité. Le promoteur de l’entreprise est Willy Sob . Il a expliqué que le processus de fabrication implique une fermentation de plusieurs mois pour permettre au vin de développer ses arômes distinctifs.

« C’est une initiative louable qui démarre. Le temps de finaliser tous les contours, de finaliser les études de faisabilité, et peaufiner le modèle économique, et surtout, prendre contact avec la production locale […]. Nous allons avoir une production de vin avec les avocats locaux, pour pouvoir valoriser la production locale » explique l’entrepreneur.
